We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong sourcing background to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple regions.

This role is hands-on and data-driven — perfect for someone who loves building talent pipelines, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving an exceptional candidate experience.

You’ll play a key role in shaping our global hiring strategy, identifying top-tier candidates, and ensuring we’re always ahead of the curve in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the sourcing process end-to-end: identify, engage, and qualify candidates for both technical and commercial roles.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Partners to understand role requirements, target profiles, and sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified talent for current and future openings across global markets.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels — LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, referrals, networking events, and creative outreach methods.
  • Manage and optimize candidate experience throughout the sourcing funnel.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (response rate, time to source, conversion rates, etc.) to improve process efficiency.
  • Represent the company brand professionally and consistently in all candidate interactions.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and talent insights to advise the business on hiring strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition in a global or tech environment.
  • Proven experience sourcing for technical and/or GTM roles (engineering, product, sales, marketing).
  • Strong research and Boolean search skills; deep familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable engaging passive candidates worldwide.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and data-oriented.
  • Experience working with an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Comeet, or similar).
  • Fluent in English
