About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SDR Team Lead to join us as a key driver of our sales development engine. This is a Player-Coach position for a sales professional who excels at high-level prospecting and is ready to take ownership of a growing team.

In this role, you will lead the outbound charge by maintaining a personal quota, effectively setting the standard for the team. You will initially manage one SDR, with the responsibility of hiring and onboarding additional team members as we scale the department. This is a role for someone who wants to remain hands-on in the field while actively shaping and expanding our sales organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive qualified pipeline through your own outbound efforts, including cold calling, strategic emailing, and social selling.
  • Manage and develop our current SDR while taking a lead role in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires to grow the team.
  • Act as a dedicated mentor and coach, conducting regular call reviews and helping the team navigate complex objection handling.
  • Continuously iterate on our outbound strategy - testing new messaging, refining sequences, and optimizing conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize our sales stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure alignment on target accounts and lead quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment with a consistent record of over-performance.
  • Proven experience prospecting into Enterprise-level accounts.
  • Previous experience in Cybersecurity / FinOps / Cloud or a related technical product.
  • Previous experience in a Lead SDR role, with a clear ability to coach and elevate the performance of others.
  • A deep understanding of outbound prospecting - you know how to build a strategic lead list and craft a hook that cuts through the noise.
  • A builder’s mentality. You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to define processes rather than just following them.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.).
