As the Director of Sales (EMEA & APAC) you will lead, coach, and scale our Account Executive team. In this role, you will define sales strategy, establish best practices, and drive predictable revenue growth across enterprise accounts. You will partner closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product leadership to align go-to-market efforts and ensure our team consistently exceeds targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years managing Account Executives
  • Proven track record of leading AE teams to meet and exceed quota in complex sales cycles
  • Strong background in building and scaling sales processes and methodologies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups is highly preferred
